xPARASITE Staking

Staking in xPARASITE is fully automatic. Any incoming xPARA balance in your wallet is eligible for staking immediately. However, staking rewards are only valid if you have submitted at least one valid mining share in the last era. This ensures that only active miners participate in staking rewards.

Checking Your Staking Status

Within the wallet application, navigate to the Staking section. You will see:

• Staked Amount: Coins actively earning staking rewards because the mining/validating activity requirement is met.
• Pending to Stake: Coins that are waiting to become staked until you submit a valid mining share.

Important Notes

• You do not need to manually stake any coins; everything is handled automatically.
• Only active miners and nodes receive staking rewards. Inactive wallets will have their balances pending until mining resumes.
• Check your wallet regularly to ensure your mining activity is recognized and staking rewards are being applied.

This mechanism guarantees that staking rewards are distributed fairly to active participants, reinforcing network security and engagement.
